How we deliver orders

Orders placed on AlcoDrink are delivered in accordance with our delivery policy, ensuring that products arrive safely and on time.

Delivery areas:

  • Chișinău
  • Regions of the Republic of Moldova

Delivery time:

  • Chișinău: 1–2 business days;
  • Regions of the Republic of Moldova: 1–5 business days;

Delivery cost:

  • The delivery cost is displayed in the cart before completing the order.
  • Delivery in Chișinău and its suburbs is 80 MDL; delivery is free for orders over 600 MDL.
  • Delivery outside Chișinău costs 9 MDL/km starting from Hîncești Highway 351; delivery is free for orders over 1000 MDL.

Accepted payment methods

  • Online payment by bank card;
  • Cash payment upon delivery;
  • Card payment upon delivery.

Online payments are processed through secure systems.

What happens after you place an order:

  • You receive an order confirmation by email;
  • Your order is processed and prepared for delivery;
  • The courier delivers the order to the specified address.

We sell alcoholic beverages only to persons aged 18 and over.

An identity document may be requested upon delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse delivery in case of non-compliance with legal requirements.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Order modification or cancellation is possible only before dispatch.
